At HS Home Solutions, our goal is to deliver high-quality cleaning and home services that exceed your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind the quality of every service we provide.

  1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 24 hours.

We will:

✔ Return and re-clean the area at no additional cost

or

✔ Provide a service correction based on the issue reported

Our team will ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

  1. Refund Policy

Because our services require time, labor, and materials, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We may offer:

Partial Refund

If part of the job was not completed as agreed.

Full Refund

Only if:
• The issue could not be resolved after a re-clean, and
• The service clearly did not meet our quality standards.

Refunds are not automatically granted, but we always aim to resolve any issue fairly and respectfully.

  1. What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:
• Properties that were extremely dirty beyond normal expectations unless disclosed before booking
• Situations where the customer was not present for the final walkthrough (when required)
• Issues reported after 24 hours of the service
• Services that could not be completed due to unsafe conditions, excessive clutter, or blocked areas
• Add-on tasks that were not originally included in the service package
• Pet stains, mold, or permanent damage that cannot be cleaned with standard products

  1. Re-Clean Policy

A re-clean may be offered when:
• The area in question is within the original scope of work
• The issue is reported within 24 hours
• The customer provides photos or a clear explanation of the problem

Re-cleans are scheduled based on availability, but we always prioritize urgent cases.

  1. Cancellations & No-Show Fees

For cancellations, the following policies apply:

24-Hour Cancellation Notice Required

If you cancel within less than 24 hours of the appointment, a fee of $40–$80 may apply depending on the type of service booked.

No-Show

If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a 50% service fee may be charged to cover time and travel expenses.

  1. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day rescheduling may incur a fee.

  1. Final Walkthrough

For move-in/move-out or deep-clean services, we may request a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations before the team leaves.

If you are not able to do the walkthrough, this may limit your ability to request certain corrections later.
